The Herbring House courtyard can accommodate a variety of small to medium events ranging from wedding receptions, class reunions, luncheons, swap meets, craft and maker markets, race registrations or whatever.
We've connected our property with Old St. Peter's Landmark next door and we partner with them for weddings. We can accommodate garden party type wedding receptions for up to about 80 people seated. We don't provide food service but we are happy to work with your catering company on your event.
The entire property can be reserved including our three guest apartments with a maximum occupancy of six overnight guests total.
The courtyard includes a 16x12 covered stage with power. A wooden outbuilding works well as a beverage station. We also have space for several 10x10 pop up tents along the outside edge of the courtyard.
We are located on the edge of a residential district and aim to be considerate and good neighbors. Private events that go late or loud aren't a good fit for us.
