Apartment #1 - the residence This is a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, full bath including laundry, parlor and an office work space. It is the largest space at around 700 sq ft. with high ceilings, original moulding and transom windows. The front door faces w 4th street and the back door leads to a deck that overlooks the courtyard with lovely views of Old St. Peter's Landmark next door. Great for extended stays. Apartment #2- Steeple View Studio This studio apartment is the upper unit of the brick addition (1890) with a private entrance and full bath. 12 foot ceilings, a queen size poster bed and kitchenette with vintage sink. The tall Italianate windows look out over the courtyard, St. Peter's Landmark and the Klickitat Mountains across the Columbia River to Washington. Apartment #3- The "Bunkhouse" This studio apartment is on the ground floor of the brick addition and accessed via the paver courtyard. It has a private entrance and full bathroom. This unit has two full size bunk beds, closet, sink, microwave and small refrigerator. High ceilings, original door and window trim and restored original windows give a great historic feel.
We made the Bunk House especially cyclist friendly with bike racks mounted to the bunk beds so you can keep your precious two wheeled steed safe inside with you.
